Season Ticket Special

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Clauses 1–8 above, Sections A and B below govern the transfer, resale, cancellation and refund of all FC Naples Tickets, and prevail over Clauses 5 and 6.

A1 Tickets may be transferred and resold, provided that every transfer and resale complies with all applicable Florida and United States laws. Resale of Tickets inside or near the venue is prohibited. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes, or marketing campaigns without the prior written consent of the Organizer. To re-assign or personalize Tickets, please contact the Organizer; a processing fee may apply.

A2 Where the Organizer offers a Resale Function on this website, it is available only for Tickets properly acquired from the Organizer via vivenu Services (the "Secondary Market"). The Organizer may restrict or exclude the Resale Function for individual events, ticket types or categories, or at specific times, including because of partner requirements or official regulations.

A3 By listing a Ticket on the Secondary Market, the selling End Customer ("First Purchaser") agrees to return or sell the Ticket to the Organizer at its face value, or at the price set under A4 ("Secondary Market Price"), as soon as another End Customer ("Second Purchaser") acquires it. On a successful resale, the Organizer cancels the First Purchaser's Ticket and issues a new Ticket to the Second Purchaser.

A4 The Organizer may set fixed prices or a price range for Tickets resold through the Resale Function. Additional fees may apply.

A5 The Organizer may control the order in which primary Tickets and Secondary Market Tickets are sold, including selling primary Tickets first. Where several Secondary Market Tickets are available in the same area or category, the Organizer selects among them by a non-discriminatory factor, which includes the time of listing.

A6 The First Purchaser will receive email updates on the status of a listed Ticket, including a confirmation once it is listed. The First Purchaser may withdraw the Ticket at any time until it is in a Second Purchaser's shopping cart, and will be notified if it does not sell.

A7 After a successful resale, the Organizer will pay the First Purchaser the Secondary Market Price less any applicable fees, by the agreed payment method. A Second Purchaser may relist the Ticket under this Section A.

SECTION B — CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND REFUNDS

B1 There are no rights of revocation, return, cancellation, exchange, or refund of Tickets, except as provided in this Section B or required by non-waivable applicable law. A purchase is binding once the Organizer confirms it.

B2 If an Event is postponed, canceled, or not completed, the Organizer may reschedule or resume it on a new date at its sole discretion. Tickets remain valid for the rescheduled Event, or for a future Event of equal or lesser value as determined by the Organizer. No refund is due for an Event that is rescheduled.

B3 If a canceled Event is never rescheduled, the End Customer is entitled to a refund of the Ticket price. Processing fees are non-refundable.

SECTION C — FC NAPLES SEASON TICKET AGREEMENT

The following Season Ticket Agreement applies to all FC Naples Season Ticket Memberships. All Tickets, including Membership tickets, are also subject to the FC Naples Ticket Terms & Conditions at https://www.fcnaples.com/termsconditions/.

Version 2027.1 · Effective October 15, 2026

FC Naples USL LLC (the "Club") provides the following Season Ticket Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement applies to FC Naples Season Ticket Memberships (each a "Membership" and together the "Memberships"). A Member's breach of any provision of this Agreement automatically terminates the license and benefits provided by the Membership.

- "FC Naples" means the professional United Soccer League ("USL") team operated by FC Naples USL LLC.

- "Member" or "Holder" means an individual or entity who has purchased or is in possession of a Membership.

- "Season" means a single regular season of the Club for which a Membership is purchased, as determined by the Club's League. A Season includes pre-season and excludes post-season matches.

- "League" means USL Championship or USL League One, and "Leagues" means both.

- "Venue" means Paradise Coast Sports Complex, including its stadium and all surrounding parking areas, pedestrian plazas, entryways, and other ancillary areas.

- "Written notice" means any written communication from the Member stating that they do not wish to renew, including an email to tickets@fcnaples.com, a written message to the Member's account executive, or the Club's opt-out form, received by the Club no later than the renewal date.

Membership benefits as of the date of this Agreement are summarized below and are subject to change without notice.

- All FC Naples regular-season USL home matches

- First right to purchase the same seats for any FC Naples home match outside the 20 matches included in the Membership, in any competition

- The ability to purchase additional tickets at a discount before the public on-sale and throughout the Season

- Invitations to special events and experiences

By purchasing a Membership, the Member joins the FC Naples Season Ticket Membership program, which renews every year under the payment terms below.

Payment plan options. Members may select one of the following plans:

1. Annual Plan. Pay 100% of the Membership cost in a single payment. Payment for the following Season is processed automatically on the Club's designated renewal date unless the Member opts out by written notice. Payment may be made by American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa credit or debit card.

2. Monthly Installment Plan. Pay the Membership cost for the next Season in equal monthly installments, with the final payment in August. Unless the Member opts out by written notice, payments for each new Season begin on the Club's designated renewal date. Each installment is charged automatically by credit card or ACH.

3. Two-Year Plan. By purchasing a Two-Year Plan, the Member agrees to purchase a Membership for the Season following the initial Season covered by the plan. Pricing for that second Season is the rate in effect at renewal for Two-Year Plan Members.

Two-Year Plan early termination. A Member who opts out of the second Season before it begins will be charged an early termination penalty equal to:

(a) the per-seat savings received for the initial Season compared with the applicable one-year plan rate at purchase, multiplied by the number of seats on the Member's account; plus

The $150.00 portion will be applied as a credit to the Member's account for future FC Naples tickets. The per-seat savings portion is non-refundable and will not be credited toward any future purchase. All penalties under this provision are subject to the same processing fees as Membership payments. Failure to pay the penalty, including processing fees, in full by the due date set by the Club is a breach of this Agreement and may result in loss of all Membership privileges.

Processing fee. All payments are subject to a processing fee.

Late payment fee. Payments are due, without demand, to FC Naples USL LLC on the same calendar date each month as set by the Member's payment plan start date. If any payment is ten (10) or more days past due, the Member agrees to pay a late charge of $15.00 for general seating or $30.00 for any premium seat, as determined by the Club.

By purchasing a Membership for the upcoming Season, the Member agrees that the Membership will renew automatically on the Club's designated renewal date for the next Season unless the Member gives written notice of non-renewal.

- The Club will send a renewal notice at least forty-five (45) days before the renewal date, stating new pricing, any changes to Membership benefits, and ticketing policies, together with an opt-out form.

- Members who opt out keep their Membership status for the current Season, and all current-Season payments must still be completed.

- If no written notice of non-renewal is received by the renewal date, the Membership renews automatically and the first payment is due under the selected payment plan.

- Any price change will be communicated at least forty-five (45) days before it takes effect.

- Members may select a different payment plan before the renewal date; the change takes effect only once confirmed by the Club.

- Memberships cannot be suspended. If a Member cancels, re-enrollment is subject to availability and then-current pricing and benefits.

By purchasing a Membership, each Member authorizes the Club to initiate credit card, debit card, or ACH payments automatically, without further notice, under the plan the Member selected.

Members in good standing are automatically enrolled in the Pay As We Play program for any home match outside the 20 matches included in the Membership, in any competition. The Club will invoice Members for the same seats held in their Membership. Members may opt out during the designated opt-out period, which will be at least 48 hours. A Member who does not opt out authorizes the Club to charge the payment method on file.

IMPORTANT: YOUR EVENT TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE; HOLDER ACCEPTS RISK OF ILLNESS AND/OR INJURY; AUTHORIZED RE-ENTRY ONLY.

By using a ticket ("Ticket") to an event hosted by FC Naples USL LLC (the "Club") at Paradise Coast Sports Complex (or any other venue in which FC Naples home games may be played) (collectively, and together with surrounding areas, including parking lots, The Cove and the Great Lawn, the "Venue"), the Ticket holder ("Holder"), on their own behalf and on behalf of (i) any minor accompanying Holder to the event; and/or (ii) any other accompanying party for whom Holder retains a Ticket to attend the event with Holder (each of whom Holder represents has authorized Holder to act on their behalf in accepting these terms) (collectively, an "Accompanying Party"), agrees to the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement"). The Club may change the terms of the Agreement at any time without notice, and Holder's and/or Accompanying Party's use of the Ticket(s) after such changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Holder is responsible for reading and understanding the Agreement before using the Ticket.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with attending the event or any pre-game, in-game, or post-game activities ("Event Activities"), including but not limited to risks associated with crowds, natural occurrences, actions of other spectators, and negligence of Released Parties. Holder acknowledges that attendance is voluntary and agrees that FC Naples USL LLC, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, their related entities and affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, sponsors, and vendors (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for any personal injury (including death), illness, property damage, or other loss suffered in connection with the Event Activities.

By attending the event, Holder and Accompanying Party grant a full release of liability to the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law for any claims arising out of attendance at, observation of, or participation in the Event Activities. If Holder does not wish to or is not authorized to grant such rights, Holder should immediately leave the Venue with all Accompanying Parties.

The Club, the Venue operators and their respective staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to vehicles parked at the Venue. Fans are encouraged to secure their belongings and report any lost items to Venue security and/or law enforcement.

TICKET TRANSFER, RESALE, AND COMMERCIAL USE

Tickets are revocable licenses issued by the Club. Holders may transfer or resell Tickets, provided every transfer and resale complies with all applicable Florida and United States laws. Resale of Tickets inside or near the Venue is strictly prohibited.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, giveaways, sweepstakes, or marketing campaigns without the express written consent of the Club. Unlawful transfers or resale, or use in violation of this section, may terminate the revocable license and result in Ticket cancellation and denial of entry, without refund or other compensation.

Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse toward players, staff, or other attendees is strictly prohibited. Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe by the Club or Venue staff will result in immediate ejection without refund and may lead to further action, including a ban from future events.

The Club and Venue staff may inspect belongings upon entry. Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, fireworks, outside food or beverages, professional recording equipment, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by Venue staff. Violations may result in ejection without refund.

All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry, including but not limited to bag checks, metal detectors, and other security measures. The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not comply with security procedures or who is in possession of prohibited items.

Holder and Accompanying Party must adhere to the Venue's Code of Conduct. Disorderly behavior, intoxication, vulgar language, or failure to follow Venue policies may result in ejection without refund. The Club reserves the right to remove any person who engages in conduct deemed improper or dangerous, and to cancel or revoke any Ticket without refund for failure to adhere to Venue policies.

EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, AND WEATHER

Events may be delayed, postponed, or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If an event is postponed, canceled, or not completed, the Club may reschedule or resume it on a new date at its sole discretion, and Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date or for a future event of equal or lesser value as determined by the Club. Refunds of the Ticket price are issued only if a canceled event is never rescheduled; processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges are allowed in any other case.

Retain possession of the Ticket until the event has concluded. The Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or duplicated. The Ticket is good only for the event indicated on it, and no part of the purchase price will be refunded because of a failure to use it. All event dates and times are subject to change.

In the event of an emergency or extreme weather, fans will be guided by on-screen and/or public address instructions broadcast throughout the Venue. Attendees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with emergency exits and follow the directions of Venue staff and security personnel.

Alcohol is sold only to individuals of legal drinking age with valid identification. The Club and/or the Venue reserve the right to deny service to intoxicated individuals. Disorderly conduct may result in ejection without refund.

Re-entry is not allowed after exit, except in emergencies as determined by the Club.

Holder and Accompanying Party acknowledge and accept the health risks associated with attending a public event, including exposure to communicable diseases. Holder agrees to follow all health and safety policies in place at the time of the event.

The use of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or any other aerial devices over the Venue or its surrounding areas is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in ejection, legal action, and confiscation of the device.

For the safety of players, officials, staff, and fans, unauthorized entry onto the playing surface (the "Pitch") at any time is strictly prohibited. The Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for pitch invasions or attempts to access restricted field areas. Consequences vary based on the age of the individual and the circumstances involved.

Individuals 18 years of age or older who enter or attempt to enter the Pitch without authorization are subject to:

- Potential arrest by the Collier County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) and issuance of a Trespass Warning.

- Indefinite ban from Paradise Coast Sports Complex (PCSC), including all future FC Naples events.

- Additional criminal charges as determined by CCSO based on the nature of the conduct.

Individuals under 18 years of age who enter or attempt to enter the Pitch without authorization are subject to:

- Issuance of a Trespass Warning by CCSO.

- A minimum two (2) week ban from PCSC, including all FC Naples events, with the exact duration and terms determined at the discretion of PCSC management.

- A minimum six (6) game ban from FC Naples events.

By using this Ticket, Holder agrees to these terms. If Holder does not agree, Holder should not attend the event.
