IMPORTANT: YOUR EVENT TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE; HOLDER ACCEPTS RISK OF ILLNESS AND/OR INJURY; AUTHORIZED RE-ENTRY ONLY.

By using a ticket (“Ticket”) to an event hosted by FC Naples USL, LLC (the “Club”) at Paradise Coast Sports Complex (or any other venue in which FC Naples home games may be played) (collectively, and together with surrounding areas, including parking lots, The Cove and the Great Lawn, the “Venue”), the Ticket holder (“Holder”), on his/her/their own behalf and on behalf of (i) any minor accompanying Holder to the event; and/or (ii) any other accompanying party for whom Holder retains a Ticket to attend the event with Holder (each of whom Holder represents has authorized Holder to act on their behalf in accepting these terms) (collectively, an “Accompanying Party”), agrees to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). The Club may change the terms of the Agreement at any time without notice, and Holder’s and/or Accompanying Party’s use of the Ticket(s) after such changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Holder is responsible for reading and understanding the Agreement before using the Ticket.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Holder acknowledges and assumes all risks and dangers associated with attending the event or any pre-game, in-game, or post-game activities (“Event Activities”), including but not limited to risks associated with crowds, natural occurrences, actions of other spectators, and negligence of Released Parties. Holder acknowledges that attendance is voluntary and agrees that FC Naples USL, LLC, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, their related entities and affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, sponsors, and vendors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any personal injury (including death), illness, property damage, or other loss suffered in connection with the Event Activities.

By attending the Event, Holder and Accompanying Party grant a full release of liability to the Released Parties to the fullest extent permitted by law for any claims arising out of attendance at, observation of, or participation in the Event Activities. If Holder does not wish to or is not authorized to grant such rights, Holder should immediately leave the Venue with all Accompanying Parties.

LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY

FC Naples USL, LLC and the Venue operators and its respective staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including but not limited to vehicles parked at the Venue. Fans are encouraged to secure their belongings and report any lost items to Venue security and/or law enforcement.

UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE AND MARKETING RESTRICTIONS

Tickets may not be resold above face value, used for commercial purposes, or as part of unauthorized giveaways, sweepstakes, or marketing campaigns without the express written consent of FC Naples USL, LLC. Any violation of this policy may result in Ticket cancellation and denial of entry.

FAN CONDUCT AND SAFETY

Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse toward players, staff, or other attendees is strictly prohibited. Any behavior deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe by the Club or Venue staff will result in immediate ejection without refund and may lead to further action, including a ban from future events.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND BEHAVIOR

The Club and Venue staff may inspect belongings upon entry. Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, fireworks, outside food or beverages, professional recording equipment, and any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive by the Venue staff. Violations may result in ejection without refund.

SECURITY SCREENING AND ENTRY CONDITIONS

All attendees are subject to security screenings upon entry, including but not limited to bag checks, metal detectors, and other security measures. The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not comply with security procedures or who is in possession of prohibited items.

CODE OF CONDUCT AND EJECTION POLICY

Holder and Accompanying Party must adhere to the Venue’s Code of Conduct. Disorderly behavior, intoxication, vulgar language, or failure to follow Venue policies may result in ejection without refund. The Club reserves the right to remove any person who engages in conduct deemed improper or dangerous.

TICKET PURCHASE, TRANSFER, AND RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Tickets are revocable licenses issued by the Club. The Club reserves the right to cancel or revoke any Ticket without refund for failure to adhere to Venue policies. Resale of Tickets inside or near the Venue is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized resale may result in Ticket cancellation.

Each individual or entity purchasing, acquiring, and/or using a Ticket acknowledges that non-permitted transfers of Tickets (the “Ticket Transfer Restrictions”) may terminate the revocable license granted by the Club or result in Ticket cancellation without refund or other compensation. Transfers must comply with any resale restrictions imposed by the Club or applicable laws.

EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Except as stated here or on https://tickets.fcnaples.com/agb, no refunds or exchanges are allowed. If the event is canceled, Ticket holders may attend a rescheduled event within 12 months or exchange their Ticket for a comparable event for a ticket of equal of lesser value.

WEATHER OR UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Events may be delayed, postponed, or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen issues. Rescheduling details will be provided, but refunds will not be issued unless specified by the Club.

EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATION PROCEDURES

In the event of an emergency or extreme weather, fans will be guided by on-screen and/or public address instructions broadcast throughout the Venue. Attendees are encouraged to familiarize themselves with emergency exits and follow the directions of Venue staff and security personnel.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Alcohol is sold only to individuals of legal drinking age with valid identification. The Club and/or the Venue reserve the right to deny service to intoxicated individuals. Disorderly conduct may result in ejection without refund.

RE-ENTRY POLICY

Re-entry is not allowed after exit, except in emergencies as determined by the Club.

HEALTH AND SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Holder and Accompanying Party acknowledge and accept the health risks associated with attending a public event, including exposure to communicable diseases. Holder agrees to follow all health and safety policies in place at the time of the event.

UNAUTHORIZED AERIAL DEVICES

The use of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or any other aerial devices over the Venue or its surrounding areas is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use may result in ejection, legal action, and confiscation of the device.

TICKET USE/REFUND POLICY

Retain possession of the Ticket until the Event has concluded. The Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. The Ticket is good only for the particular Event indicated on the Ticket, and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of the failure to use it for the Event.

Should the Event be postponed or otherwise not completed, the Club may reschedule or resume the Event on a new date or dates, at its sole discretion. Ticket holders for a postponed or otherwise incomplete Event may use their Ticket on the rescheduled date or for a future Event, as determined by the Club. No refunds will be provided for failure to use a Ticket on the rescheduled or alternate Event date.

MISCELLANEOUS

All event dates and times are subject to change. The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated Tickets. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, or other commercial purposes without the Club’s express consent.

By using this Ticket, Holder agrees to these terms. If Holder does not agree, Holder should not attend the Event.

PITCH INVASION POLICY

For the safety of players, officials, staff, and fans, unauthorized entry onto the playing surface (the “Pitch”) at any time is strictly prohibited. The Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy for pitch invasions or attempts to access restricted field areas. Consequences for such actions will vary based on the age of the individual and the circumstances involved, as outlined below:

Individuals 18 Years of Age or Older

Any person 18 years of age or older who enters or attempts to enter the Pitch without authorization will be subject to the following consequences:

Immediate ejection from the Venue.

Potential arrest by the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) and issuance of a Trespass Warning.

Indefinite ban from Paradise Coast Sports Complex (PCSC), including all future FC Naples events.

Additional criminal charges as determined by CCSO based on the nature of the conduct.

Individuals Under 18 Years of Age

Any person under the age of 18 who enters or attempts to enter the Pitch without authorization will be subject to the following consequences:

Immediate ejection from the Venue.

Issuance of a Trespass Warning by CCSO.

Minimum two (2) week ban from PCSC, including all FC Naples events, with the exact duration and terms of the ban determined at the discretion of PCSC management.

Minimum six (6) game ban from FC Naples events.
